    This is a special tea for a jasmine lover. Picked in the Spring this green tea is lightly scented with freshly picked jasmine petals + then shaped into tiny pearls. When the warm water hits the pearl they slowly infurl into beautiful needle shaped leaves.

    According to legend a Chinese Emperor in the Song dynasty (960-1279AD) used several hundred pots of jasmine tea to perfume the palace grounds.
