    Sage is a physical tool to work with the energy that surrounds you. We each carry energy, share energy + transmit energy. It is important to continually clear that energy. We love the additon of flowers which are safe to burn. 

  • How to use sage...

    Light your sage with the intention of clearing your energy + the energy of your space. Blow out the flame + fan the smoke on yourself or your space in circular motions. Ask that the energy is cleared of negativity to invite in positivity. State your intention for yourself or space + focus on renewing the energy that you invite in.
